I first came here for my primary care doctor appointment. Since then I've gone to doctors in several more departments here. I've been consistently impressed by the cleanliness and the promptness of the appointments- that is a huge thumbs up for me, not having to wait past my appointment time! The nurses and staff are friendly and professional. Two thumbs up every time! The only con for me - the wait for the small elevator. Otherwise, all great experiences.
Dr Pascifico is great he always gets back to the patients right away through my chart or calling to the patients. If you're looking for the primary physician, I highly recommend to see him. On the weekends on calls are available within 30min after asking to the office. You can also come to the bloodwork only, when you need it. But you'll need to make a schedule appointment after your doctor orders. it's available till 4:45pm. This Location sometimes inconvenient 50st AC line. I'll update pics next time. *Note* if you call the office, it's gonna be hard to communicate with this office. Many ppl won't understand what's regarding about although you mention it very clearly, they'll ask you more details and make you more to talk. Etc. Good luck.
Dr. Bertisch is a compassionate and knowledgeable provider. All staff were friendly and the location was very clean. I got an appointment same day and was in and out quickly. Best urgent care!
