One customer, who was on vacation in New York, had a positive experience when they called last minute to get a small tattoo. The staff was kind and welcoming, and the artist, Ako, was described as kind, respectful, sociable, and nice. Another customer, who was visiting New York for the first time with their wife, appreciated the friendliness and quick service of the staff when they got the famous "I ❤️ NY" tattoo as a walk-in. A different customer had a great experience when they visited the shop shortly after 8 pm, when it is usually closed. The employee welcomed them and fulfilled their wish for a 3D-style tattoo.
