David had great customer service, polite with good communication skills. Not sure if that's a Queens custom however I wasn't told to wash my hands until very end of polish and all, wasn't bother as I washed upon entering the store as I waited for staff to show up. I had a filling however some of my nail wasn't even covered, same goes for the topcoat. My French tips weren't similar as some appeared V while some U.

I usually get power gel and gel pedi here.
Their work is amazing and precise.
My powder gel NEVER tips or comes off the entire time!
I’ve been to a lot of nail salons and a lot of the time my powder gel gets damaged quickly.
I am glad I found this place.
I like them being animal friendly too.

Only nail place that I've been able to grow my nails out at!! They do such a good job!! Also make sure to call ahead because they are too busy for walk ins most days. Also- I love them for not shredding and filing my nails down so paper thin and not taking them off with a metro card.. (I've learned this is a NY thing but it is NOT for me)
