Senior stylist Thea does an amazing job cutting and shaping hair, ensuring that the haircut grows out beautifully. Tosler Davis is a calm, sunny oasis in the Flatiron, dedicated to providing exceptional service and helping clients look current while still feeling like themselves. However, the salon's website is dated and hard for making appointments, and it could benefit from a modern renovation.

Stylist Alan Tosler and colorist Sean Davis opened their namesake salon in 1999 with the goal of creating personalized service in an intimate, relaxed environment. Today, ten floors above the bustle of Fifth Avenue, the bright, airy loft feels like a stylish friend’s apartment and serves a varied clientele of art-gallery scene makers and media mavens as well as executives and out-of-towners.While many salons tout a “signature look,” Tosler Davis prefers instead to listen to the needs of their clients and re-interpret the trends to customize their service to each individual. Clients can expect to leave the salon looking current, but still like themselves. Color correction and Balayage are specialties!
