My Viking refrigerator stoped working, and like any of us I went on google to find a company who works specifically with my brand. I came across Top Appliance Repair which happened to be close to where I live and was able to make me an appointment the next day!
Leo showed up early and assessed the problem: he fixed it, which initially seemed simply and said " if it stops working again , I will come back and do a full service, but it's not needed unless it stops" Not pushy at all- honest - professional - a real strait shooter who I could tell knew the product inside and out. Leo is terrific, and such a nice guy. He's done a great job servicing our SubZero fridge twice now, including a pretty major repair this time. He was here the very morning after it broke---he called to let us know his ETA, and he arrived when he said he'd be here, not two hours later, not within a four-hour window like so many others so. We're so glad to be able to rely on him!
