Have been staying in NYC for 2 months husband has been going through treatments . Using Todd Layne laundry has made my life here easier. They come pick up laundry and return it. Reasonably priced, very friendly on the phone and accommodating. Would use them again if I were to need them when back in NYC. Thank SoMuch Todd Layne laundry appreciate you doing our laundry.❤️
I recently moved to NYC and had to search for a place that would do my laundry my way and also have hang dry as an option for lingerie and other clothing.
Todd Layne Cleaners have set the standard and a very high bar to the point that when searching for apartments, I check to see if the building falls in their radius! My clothes come neatly folded and if they ever have questions, they always text to clarify because my instructions can be extensive. I couldn’t ask for better service!
Used TLC's pick up and delivery for about a year and they have been great. They are responsive on text messages and have helped me when I mess up the order on the app (my fault). They use a web app that works on iPhone and accepts Apple Pay which made it very convenient. They are not the cheapest but all my clothes were done very well, they also give free pick up and delivery - overall very happy thank you TLC.
