I had a wonderful experience at this salon! I was visiting my daughter in NYC when I tripped on the sidewalk and scraped skin off of both my hands and one elbow very badly. My left hand swelled and I couldn't hold a blow dryer or a brush in it & I couldn't bend my right arm much without being in pain. I also had grey hair showing which would I normally cover myself with root touch up. I needed to be able to go out but I was in pain & hated the way I looked. Gracey is the best! This time, I went in for a bang trim, but she consistently impresses with her talent across all hair services. She's like an oracle when it comes to hair, always offering invaluable advice and sharing fascinating facts about hair care, even down to the chemistry of metals and water. I can't say enough good things about her. She's expertly fixed my color and haircut multiple times. Honestly, I always have great experiences at Timothy John’s.
