Do not book a service appointment them - they will not show up.I booked literally FOUR consecutive appointments with them, day after day, because each day they didn't show, and promised me that they would the next day. They NEVER showed up.I would then call -- twice, 30 mins into the 1-hr window, both of which times they confirmed the person would be coming -- then at the end of the scheduled time, when they would call the person who was supposed to come, who inevitably would say an 'emergency' had come up.Anyway - don't waste your time.
