Great business!!! Personal customer service, professional teachers, attentive to details, and overall great experience. I recommend trying them out. They have a wide variety of classes. And they really care! They always ask about your experience and always try to improve.

The tai chi classes with Mike, the instructor, have been a joy ever since I started in September. Mike is patient and always considers the students' needs, regardless of age and ability. With more than 20 years of experience, Mike explains many aspects of tai chi, from meditation to health to self-defense, in a way that guides and reinforces the students to grow more confident with every step. I had wanted to study tai chi for a long time because I thought it was a beautiful and healthy exercise, but I was afraid I wouldn't be able to do it. Now I never want to stop taking these classes!
August 2023
My son went here for 2 years. He loved it in the beginning. He learned balance and discipline, which I really liked. However, they hired new trainers in his second year. I would rush every Wednesday after work to drop my son and they would only play for an hour, no training, no learning anything new. The progress stopped and he found it boring. To be fair, they told us to go on Fridays for advanced class, but that can’t be the only advanced class available. My schedule didn’t allow me to. We went twice a week. My son dreaded going there towards the last six months because it was boring. I guess it’s good for young children to learn balance but not for older children.
