I left 2 stars just because the team was always nice and pleasant to work with. But the level of professionalism is close to 0. I paid them a lot of money, spent a lot of money on my FB ads to get absolutely no results. No testing was done, no retargeting, no offer testing or any kind of strategy. They just sit back and collect monthly fee without any motivation to improve performance.

Poor experience with their SEO services. Been working with them for 2 or 3 months and the sales pitch sold me, but the work so far has been poor. They even admitted that their company has grown so large and fast that the quality of work and service has deteriorated. I've had much better experiences with small SEO companies and SEO individuals who were much more willing to help and customize whatever it is I wanted because they believed the customer is always right. Thrive does not.

I hired them to save money on our adwords bill. They were horrible. The team working on our account was totally out of touch with our business model despite having several meetings and email correspondences. We paid them thousands before we realized how horrible they are and how much they cost us in inefficient adwords management. I'm now managing the adwords campaigns myself and seeing all their mistakes. Live and learn.
