I had a great experience working with Jeannine at the Flatiron store. She looked at my existing plan and helped problem solve, designing a valance for me that was just understated enough to do it's job and look fabulous. I highly recommend her and the Flatiron Shade Store location in general.

My experience working with the staff at the Flat Iron showroom of The Shade Store has been very positive. They are very friendly and helpful. I've worked on two projects recently with Jeannine Williams, and found her very professional. She is attentive, knowledgeable, and pleasant. If there is any problem, she resolves it right away. I look forward to working with her again.
