The Milan Apartments

I’ve lived at The Milan for 3+ years. When Jerry got promoted to Property Manager, moved into the building, AND hired Nicholas as the Front Desk Supervisor, we’ve seen major improvements across the board at our building! Better/faster service, great door people hires, smiles when we come and go from the building, and overall a greater sense of community and a vested interest in tenants needs and happiness. I hope for as long as I’m here, Jerry and Nicholas are as well! ?

My experience moving into The Milan has been nothing short of perfect - Jerry, Nicholas and the team have taken the stress and guesswork out of the process and I am extremely grateful for that. Highly recommend the building for anyone interested!

We had a wonderful 3 years at The Milan. It’s a terrific building with great doormen (shoutout to Anthony!) and an unbeatable location. However perhaps the most underrated aspect is the support from the super, leasing office, and resident manager. Jerry and Jenny were absolute pleasures to work with. Whenever we had an issue, they would respond immediately and usually fix the problem the next day. Feel really grateful for the building and we’re sad to be moving out (time for a new neighborhood for us)!
