They Listen to and address Patients Complaints/needs.
The doc's I've seen know what they are doing and are cordial. If they are not sure about a diagnosis (once in a while) they say so and I know the treatment is not nec. going to work. I can get an appointment for next day if I am flexible about the particular Manhattan location. But be prepared to wait once you arrive for an appointment: Derm Specialists books way too many patients per hour so that the docs get behind pretty quickly.
