Cochran Realty is an amazing agency. Especially Gayane Avetisyan, as beautiful a person as her name. Most real estate agents see my freshly healing skull cuts and think I was born yesterday and invent new fees. She was very appropriate and gracious and divine. Housing is a human right and she only wanted to get me back home ?. I wish they controlled Forest Hills Gardens. Which has become exclusive because of redlining blockbusting real estate agencies like Terrace Sotheby's international Realty in Station Square. As a real estate broker who has dealt with many brokers and agents, I highly recommend John Gasdaska and his team. He is professional, doesn't waste your time, actually LISTENS and never pushes you to buy something you don't actually love. It took him a couple of years to find me and my husband our lovely home and we became good friends in the process!

Jeff Edelson was a huge help with our move from Brooklyn to Manhattan. He was very informative and patient with our 5 year search and made a monumental process go smoothly. I highly recommend.
