Cochran Realty is an amazing agency. Especially Gayane Avetisyan, as beautiful a person as her name. Most real estate agents see my freshly healing skull cuts and think I was born yesterday and invent new fees. She was very appropriate and gracious and divine. Housing is a human right and she only wanted to get me back home ?. I wish they controlled Forest Hills Gardens. Which has become exclusive because of redlining blockbusting real estate agencies like Terrace Sotheby's international Realty in Station Square. He is professional, doesn't waste your time, actually LISTENS and never pushes you to buy something you don't actually love. It took him a couple of years to find me and my husband our lovely home and we became good friends in the process!
