We had the most incredible experience with BCWW over the past several years in NYC. Khloe (our 2 year old mini goldendoodle) looked forward to her daily walks and the team took such good care of her. They loved Khloe like she was their own! They were also so attentive to her behavior (always letting us know if she behaved, had a stomach ache, etc.). We trusted them and Khloe absolutely loved every dog walker she had.

We’ve used this company for two years now and absolutely love them. We’ve worked with our walker, Liz, for some time and I am not sure who loves her more, us, or our dog. Liz provides detailed notes on each walk and pictures as well. Highly recommend Nancy (manager) and Liz if you’re in the chicago area and need a reliable walker!

BCWW was recommended to us by our groomer. We are so relieved to have found a team that provides such excellent care for our little guy. I’ve used many dog walkers and pet care companies and never have I experienced such a level of professionalism. Our walker, Charles, is great with Iggy and takes extra care everyday on their walks after we made it known that he tends to run away if he gets out of his harness. The pupdates and photos of Iggy are the highlight of our days when we are at work.
