Making sure that our office technology works is the MOST dreadful part of my job description (and I'm not very good at it!). Honestly, lets face it- technology is great only when it works. There is nothing worse than having things breakdown in the middle of the day and staring at cables, black screens, routers, switches, Outlook integration... the list of my demise can go on and on. In 2018, I desperately combed thru Google looking for IT companies and one would think that's easy to find in Midtown, but its not. Josset and Nicole are INCREDIBLE. Techmate is truly phenomenal. Josset fixed the problem and actually gave me a tutorial , which she didn’t have to. And it was better than the Genius Bar. I will absolutely call on them for ANY tech service. They are just amazing (In a time when customer service is terrible).

I am the owner of a small law firm and we do not have the luxury of having on-site IT support. When our server was having issues, I was referred by another attorney to Techmate. The app was easy to navigate and extremely user friendly. Most importanly, the representative responded to my problem right away, diagnosed the issue and had us up and running within an hour. Our office manager confirmed that we would have paid significantly more for the IT support company we had used in the past. I highly recommend Techmate for your business and personal IT needs.
