UPDATE: they reached out to me to apologize for the initial experience and made sure I received a brand new set from a different lash technician, complimentary. This new set feels SO much better and looks just how I want it. Thank you SUMI downtown.Initial review: if I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I had the worst lash experience of my life. I first paid for volume set and only received a natural set. The lash tech glued the lashes to my EYE LIDS, not my natural lashes. They were all clumped up together it hurt SO SO bad. Sumi has been around for years and they aim to please I can’t complain the service that was done turned out to be super and long lasting they did a great job on my lashes! Went to the Nassau st location….. tell’m Kay sent you! ?❣️
Still my go to place for lashes. They're very flexible & accommodating when booking appointments. Deepa is amazing. Always recommend this place for natural looking lashes or if you want dramatic/glam lashes. They cater to super sensitive eyes as well.
