Great service. If you're in the area, they'll pick up right at your apartment door as you can give them your lobby code (or they may have other tenants in your building already using their service)
Payments are extremely convenient as they send invoices to pay via Paypal and are extremely gracious with the time it takes to pay it. I was traveling out of country for a few weeks and they were sending me regular updates on what I owed them.

Been using them for almost a year. They are very quick and reliable. Staff is very friendly. They happily accommodate specialty requests and are reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.
