The owner, Jared, is incredibly friendly and offers flexible booking hours. There are plenty of rooms available, and the positive atmosphere at Arrive is inspiring for both therapists and patients, making the recovery journey much more enjoyable. I have been a physical therapist for 40 years and have practiced in mid town for the past 25 years. In searching for locations to move my practice I encountered numerous businesses that required too many compromises to the standards I insisted in maintaining in a new location.
I knew Arrive was a fit for me upon meeting Jared Kaplan CEO and founder. As he shared the vision of his business with me I could see the thoughtful insight he put into meeting the needs of various practitioners sharing the space.

I am an Acupuncturist and Personal Trainer who rents space from Arrive Wellness to serve my clients. I have been a health and fitness professional for over 10 years and a gym-goer myself for 20 years in New York City. I can confidently say that I have not seen a multi-disciplinary fitness & wellness studio like Arrive during all these years.
It is located in the center of the Manhattan (29th st and 6ave), but it also feels like you are being transported to another space/city, a place that supports your health and well-being.
