I had my first ever stretch session and it was an excellent experience. NINA was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. She addressed them with great skill and care. My visit finished with the compression boots and it was very helpful. Afterwards, I signed up for Flex package and I will be back for face massage and more stretching . Overall, great experience and easy with checking in and out at the front desk.
