A boutique basement studio on the Upper West Side very close to the 86th street train. This studio is very welcoming and quaint. The facilities are clean and small but they have everything you need for a tame, constructive workout. Many people of all ages, sizes and abilities have shown up here. I have a hard time paying the steep price and can't afford too many classes here but the ones I've had are great. The premium price is worth it for those who can afford. Are you ready to shift/change some physical habits? Needing to heal as you grow? I’ve been a client/member of the Kinespirit community for over a decade. The only reason I would hesitate to write a brilliant review is increased competition for a spot in class. Absolutely life changing. A collection of the best trainers! ❤️
The instructors and staff at Kinespirit are the best. I always feel pushed to exactly the right limit. The instructors are very experienced and detail oriented and give individualized attention even in the group classes. Can’t recommend it highly enough. Kinespirit has had a huge positive impact on my fitness and health.
