As a homeowner and in a time crunch I needed to get some work done in hurry. Of course, the quality of work and outstanding results are concerns on the top of my list. I was recommended to use Strategic and they did not disappoint. Not only did their business values align with my needs and objectives, they backed it up with their work results. They have the capacity to complete all phases of a construction job from new builds to renovations, to extensions. Their scope includes commercial services to residential, including landscaping, and sidewalk install/repairs. They are a one-stop-shop, complete with an architect if needed! I have been working with Strategic for a long time and they are the best.
This team was great to work with for our commercial project. Working in an older building that had been unoccupied for years took great partnership between SOSC and the architect, and really good in progress problem-solving skills. Partners we would certainly work with again!
