Debbie took 60 minutes to do a dip filling. I had a fresh set put on 2 weeks ago, and yet I spent my entire lunch period there. Her coworker came over and did my entire left hand, and in 60 minutes she couldn’t finish 5 fingers. I paid my $48 and told them I’ll be back at 3, got there at 3 on the nose, a lady walks up n asks if I’m waiting I say yes and they took her for a manicure and left me waiting. I complained, Debbie got loud and I politely put her in her place. She starts my nails I wanted a French design they said $11 more I was like what’s my discount for the inconvenience, they said they usually charge $20. This place has been in Hell’s Kitchen for 30 years and staffs are friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for place to relax. Usually, it is not crowded, you can relax and just walking in.

I don't know how a natural simple full set coffin shaped nails turned into a two hour filing session but I digress. It only got worse. I showed and told the nail tech what I wanted, which was a natural nude color just like the photo. The color is correct because I was adamant about her using the correct OPI Color although she insisted on doing pink powder I never asked for. I wanted regular acrylic but she started a weird dip powder process so I repeatedly asked that she use clear although she wanted to force me into the pink.
