The entire street was closed off to traffic, the sidewalk on the south side had the scaffolding, the north side was open, 2 safety workers are stationed on the corners, the west corner hard the shaft flag to direct pedestrians, the east corner had the safety person in the middle of the sidewalk, I had passed the corner and proceeded to walk to the west corner to exit, the presumed safety guy screamed to walk under the scaffolding, which was accessible by walk back 75 meters, I said there was no sign or anyone directing where to go.
