Sam and Ato are lovely humans and always do good work. When I ask them to use unscented laundry soap, they do, and never charge me. I have had rips, tears, holes and small alterations fixed and have always been very happy with the results, and grateful I don't have to do them since I am a terrible seamstress. They always pick up and drop off laundry free of charge (although they are a small outfit and I hope everyone is tipping them well, if they pick up and drop yours off too). I have been using their laundry and dry cleaning services for 12 years and I have never had a problem. I am grateful they are in the neighborhood.

I really like this place. They pick up my laundry bag from my building lobby and drop it off usually the next day or the day after. It is perfectly folded, smells fresh without being overly scented, and is very reasonably priced. The only reason for 4 stars is sometimes u have to call them more than once to remind them to pick up. But they are so good this doesn't really bother me. Highly recommend!

These guys are so nice, accommodating and gracious. Sometimes they lose this or that but just be really clear when they pick up that they should be careful...they do pick up and drop off cheerfully.
