I feel uniquely qualified to write this review for SpiralXYZ as I have had curly hair all my life (over 6 decades), and have known Lorraine Massey, the genius and owner of SpiralXYZ for approximately 20+ something years now, and I fully intend to know her for much longer.

I first discovered Lorraine Massey on NY1, a local NYC television news program. At the time, I was looking to help my 60+ year old mother solve the problem of losing her curls which had “suddenly” gone flat much to her displeasure. Fabulous. If you have waves or curls this is where you should go. No one knows curly/wavy/swavy hair better than Lorraine who is absolutely fabulous.
Mention Sarah maybe you’ll get a discount.

The amount of love and care that Lorraine puts in cutting each curl is incredible. I’ve been going to her salon for the past 3 years and every cut has been amazing. Love her and her work!
