Sophia is, hands down, the best massage therapist I have ever worked with. She is attentive, smart, thoughtful, and very very good at what she does. I have chronic pain in my neck/shoulder and seeing her is one of the only things that offers me release. She's also incredibly communicative -- letting me know how things are doing, where stress points are, and offers suggestions on how to work through pain points on your own at home. I cannot recommend Sophia enough.

Sophia is caring and extremely knowledgable about the human body. She helped tremendously with leg problems I was having. After the massage she took her time to tell me what she noticed and how I could further care for myself and my trouble spots on my own. Recommend her wholeheartedly.
