Mosco had to do a hair makeover for me since my highlights grew out, roots showing, hair got oxidized and overprocessed. Had highlights, lowlights, and toner to even color and give a more natural look. Worth a trip because I live out of town and this used to be my place!!Services: Hairstyling
All so talented and lovely. I use Tiffany for blowout and color or if she's busy Randy does just as fabulous a job, I'm so pleased that I found them, Jove love their work and personalities. They've become my go to friends, I've used every high end star in the city and their simply the best!!! Jthank you all so very much!
