I had a bad experience with my asthma. I went in. The doctor didn’t even see me I was coughing. She came and listened to me and told me that there was nothing wrong. I waited for hour and a half the doctor never came to see me. I just walking out went somewhere else and found out. I have walking pneumonia and asthma sometimes they’re good sometimes they’re bad and they’ll never call you back like when you call to speak to your doctor doctor never called you back. The nurse didn’t call me back until like three days later, I could’ve been in the hospital.

I'm giving 5 stars to Dr Gwyneth Devin who's the best pediatrician my son has ever seen at settlement health. We've been coming here for 3 years, been to a couple of different doctors in that time but dr Gwyneth is on a complete higher level of professionalism. She's genuine, asks detailed questions and listens with dedication. Her caring attitude is outstanding which keeps my son calm and happy. He never cries or gets upset at her visits.
This doctor is too good for this place sorry but it's true. Amazing skill and expertise, 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much!!!!

Thank you to my nurse practitioner Bronzellia Bryan and nurse Daisy Suarez. Dr Bronzellia Bryan as I call her will always be my doctor as long as I’m in nyc. She’s caring and made me feel like the doctors I had growing up. She didn’t spend time on the computer while examining me like drs do now. She ask me questions that made me feel comfortable and listened to all my concerns and when the examination was finished she started referring me for test that I needed. She’s amazing and will always be my Dr. Daisy Suarez is so sweet and treated me as if we have known each other for years. I’m not an easy patient to stick for blood test but she finds a vein each time....read full review
