I’ve been seeing Seiji for nearly a decade now for a multitude of services (haircut, dye, extensions). He is amazing at what he does, and I’ve tried many different hair cuts and styles with him. He’s also very pleasant and kind, incredibly fun to chat with. He is the only one I will let touch my hair.

Seiji is THE #1 hair extension specialist in NYC. I found Seiji 4 years ago and am FINALLY writing my review. After a year or so of searching for an extensions specialist, I stumbled upon Seiji & never looked back.

Let me explain ~ the 1st person I went to was not good at installing. Seiji is AMAZING at installing the keratin tip bonds, and EVEN BETTER at removing them. The only reason my hair has grown, WITH extensions is because Seiji keeps the integrity of my hair in tact. He does not pull or battle with your hair. He works WITH it!

Seiji Uehara is an incredible hair artist and extension guru! I’ve been going to him since 2018 and he has taught me everything about Great Lengths extensions all the way from care, products to use, maintenance, and how to make them last! Seiji offfers a consultation to ensure that he orders you the perfect match to your hair color (it’s unreal how good he is, he match get every color mix- including my mom’s gray, reddish, violent blended hair!) and to discuss your desired fullness and length.
