Louie D. In absolutly the best! He is so knowledgeable, considerate and friendly. You are truly lucky to have him. Your telephone customer service is another issue - I would not even give it a one star! It is the worst I have ever experienced. You do not have one live person to speak to. Sears you need to step it up and do better. It is shameful.
