My Mom and I had a pleasant time. The facials were so relaxing and the staff was very friendly. Good, clean, & professional environment. Nancy did my facial she was so nice! Will be coming again!

I came here with 3 of my friends and we all had a positive experience. First, I booked an appointment for four of us in advance and they were accommodating. When we arrived, we were placed in different rooms which was fine for us. We were given a top to change into (tubeless top). I was the only person who can speak Cantonese so I translated for my friends. I have eyelash extensions on and I told my person to becareful around the eyes. She took great measures to make sure she didn't touch my eye area. She didn't try hard to sell me any products like the other reviews mentioned. She did mention that I have dark circles and can use a serum to help with that. However, she didn't make me buy anything. The massage felt great and my skin felt clearer and softer after the facial. When we were done, we all tipped 20%. I was not pressured to buy any packages or other products. I will come again.

First Facial there I paid full price and it was wonderful. At the end she mentioned packages and I told her that I lived elsewhere and it was dropped. When I did come to NY, I went in and happily bought a package, they have me 3 extra for a total of 15 facials. Great for me, I need extractions. The first few went fine, no problem, I relaxed, tried to cope with the facial massage I kept telling them I did not want and got some good facials. THEN the upselling did I want products, did I want diamond something did I want serum. No more relaxing. By 7 out of 15 they began with the 'your package is almost done, do you want another?' It got worse progressively, the selling, selling, buy another package. The thought of going back there and coping with yet another 40 minute sales pitch while I tried to get a facial was more than I could bear. I went in, returned my card and tried to tell them why, they were not interested. Unless I bought more package they wanted me out of the shop. I think they will end up out of business soon. They keep alienating all of the customers so very badly. The awful thing is, if they would shut the F up and just do facials this would be a viable business.
