The service was wonderful. She tells you what she does while she's doing it, if you ask her a question she answers it to the best of her ability, and she keeps you entertained. The aftermath of her work is wonderful, and her conditioner is amazing. It makes your hair so much softer and easier to manage. My hair used to be so dry, but now it's soft, and way easier to comb and style.
Salon Otiti is my favorite salon. Fatimot is so professional, Efficent , and is a great conversationalist. She's very warm and welcoming and makes you feel like you have known her for years . When I get my hair pressed it lasts so long and every time I get a trim it grows back so fast . No matter what is going on I only get my hair done at Salon Otiti. It's located conveniently one block away from Penn Staton and close to pretty much all midtown public transportation. I love this Salon !
