This place was great! I had a nail break while travelling and they fixed it right up for me. Ada was very gentle with my natural nail and took her time to get it done right. Will definitely come back here for a full manicure next time I’m in town!

Excellent place! I’m really happy with their service. I’ve been there a couple of times for their pedi / mani package and their technique is by far one of the best that I’ve had in the city. Very gentle with cuticle care and great application.

I have been going to Sally Spa since they opened on 16th and 3rd in July 2007. I always had great service. Today I called the location where I currently go (23rd and 2nd) and was told there was no wait. I arrived on 10 min - which is what I told them and there was a 20 min wait. I left and went to another place. I just don't think it is fair to tell customers when they call there is no wait and then when they arrive they are made to wait. Given this experience I will think twice about using them again.
