Extremely reliable. One of the best services I had in years! I booked an appointment online, and was very happy after the bow restoration I needed. Very close to Carnegie Hall and in case of emergencies they are definitely the best in the city.

The customer service at Salchow and Sons was excellent, again. I ship my bow from the Northeast, and always need as fast a turnaround as they can do, and they are so helpful! My last rehair was before the pandemic, and it lasted 2 1/2 years before really getting bad! I highly recommend this shop!

The silver part and a pin near the frog fell off, so I went to them to get it fixed (and also I asked rehair). They fixed wonderfully and the bow looks and works much better than before. Thank you!!
