Of the five glasses shops in the neighborhood I visited, this was the only one able and willing to replace a missing screw in my glasses. They did a fantastic job fixing my frames. And far and away the friendliest customer service in the neighborhood!

Great selection, nice people, mostly good service. Have been getting glasses and lenses from this store for more than 15 years and have been impressed by how the stand by the glasses and lenses I have bought, adjusting and repairing them as needed for free. Only criticism is last pair of glasses I bought took meaningfully longer than represented to be ready. So, trade off is nice glasses and people vs things may take longer than salesperson tells you to be ready. Perhaps a sign of the times, I don't know whether other stores are having the same issue right now.

It's such a relief to finally find the perfect frames and lenses that work with my high optical prescription. Robert Marc has beautiful frames that can sell themselves. I selected a pair of their Caroline Abram which are well-engineered as well as fashionable and elegant.I am grateful that I had Cindy Emma, a licensed and well-experienced optician, who guided me. The whole process took less than an hour, the cost was slightly higher than other stores however, my frames and lenses were superior in quality compared to other French eyewear shops.My Robert Marc glasses arrived in less than a week and they were perfectly right the first time.
