I moved away from the city to DC 8 years ago, but I used to go to Rafael's monthly in the 5.5 years I lived in the area; this was my first time going to his current location. Rafael recognized me immediately (before I even entered the shop) and it felt like being reunited with an old friend. The shop looks incredible and the haircut was as great as I remember.
