Radiology Services at Mount Sinai-Union Square

Great experience with everyone who helped me from reception, to nurses and techs and radiologists. Communication was clear, kind and comprehensive. Test results and scheduling were quick and easy.Note that my experience was with the 4L suite.

Everyone working here was absolutely lovely and it felt like they genuinely took pleasure in their work on both the 3rd and 4th floors. I felt that my visit was quick and efficient, especially for as many screening procedures I was having, and the building itself is lovely with skylights and an open atrium.

I went on a Thursday at 8:30 AM for a hip x-ray. I was out by 9 AM. The staff was efficient and friendly. No appointment was necessary. The technician did tell me that it gets busy in the afternoons. Most of the negative reviews are old. I had a very positive experience and would recommend recommend them.
