This business is wonderful! They are an amazing group of genuine dog lovers! I am fostering a dog who needed his nails cut and I was nervous to do it myself. D. could be reactive, especially around other dogs. Bruno immediately came out to socialize with him to make him comfortable before taking him to the back. He efficiently and lovingly clipped his nails, and D. was totally good! And (!) they thanked me for fostering and didn't charge me! Really so kind!

I took my dog to an endless amount of groomers for the last 3 years, and I finally found this place. My dog always got so scared when we went to any groomer. When we go to Puppy Lodge, she goes right in. Everyone who works there is so friendly, and my pup always comes out with the perfect haircut. 10/10

Unparalleled expertise for Bichon Frise grooming in NYC! My puppy, Bijou, is still young and she is getting used to the process of being groomed. Roger is patient, gentle, and clearly loves what he does. When Bijou became very matted from wearing a cone around her head after spay surgery, Roger took great care to demat her. He and his team kept me posted by text to let me know that she was tolerating the dematting ok and also how much it would cost. Bijou always leaves looking like a Bichon show dog, and the care and professionalism are top notch.
