We love Puppy Tale Lodge! This place is a gem. The staff is unbelievably kind, caring, and patient. We love how they let our large dog roam around after his bath instead of keeping him crated up. He always smells fantastic after. They do a great job cleaning his ears and cutting his nails. You can tell they really care for the dogs and like what they do. Would recommend to all looking for any grooming service. We feel so comfortable leaving our dog here for a few hours. They offer optional payment through an app, and notify you when your dog needs to be picked up. Puppy Tale Lodge also ensures all vaccinations are up to date which we really appreciate.
The Puppy Tale Lodge always does an excellent job with my senior Pomeranian/toy poodle. I love them and they are amazing and I don’t mind paying their prices to know my dog is safe there. We go monthly!
This business is wonderful! They are an amazing group of genuine dog lovers! I am fostering a dog who needed his nails cut and I was nervous to do it myself. D. could be reactive, especially around other dogs. Bruno immediately came out to socialize with him to make him comfortable before taking him to the back. He efficiently and lovingly clipped his nails, and D. was totally good! And (!) they thanked me for fostering and didn't charge me! Really so kind!
