Love getting my hair cut by Prissy! She has been cutting & styling my hair since she was a stylist at Fringe and it is always perfect. Going to her independent salon is so chill & personalized, and an escape from the busyness & drama of a NYC salon. I finally decided to try color (a warm red gloss - I'm a natural brunette) since I always see the stylish color treatments she does for other colors and it's exactly what I wanted & looks amazing. Prissy is very responsive to requests & takes care to work with you for the desired look. Don't hesitate to book an appointment with Prissy!

I'd been seeing Prissy for years for haircuts (amazing haircuts), but the true magic of her abilities came through when I decided to stop doing my own color.I wanted to go back to blonde. I'd been black for years and had gotten my color to the red/brown stage on my own. For the record you must know, it's impossible to go from black to blonde in one sitting. Unless you want your hair to fall out.But I wanted better hair color than one tone red/brown. I wanted it to be pretty and for my roots to grow in without looking like roots. Prissy has been doing my hair for about 10 years so this review is well overdue. She’s great at taking my non hair stylist description of what I want and making it happen. Also my color has been so good that I have actually been asked by people if my highlights are natural which was exactly the look I was going for.
