Very rude. I have been coming for sometime but after my experience today; I will not longer continue with this clinic. I called in to see the Doctor and the person I spoke to on the phone with was so very rude. I at least deserve to feel valued as a patient. I understand the office gets busy but customer service should never fall short.
What a 1st time experience. Did my appointment with Dr. Collado 2 months in advance. Wasted 3 hours of my life for the lovely staff to tell me the Dr Collado was out on vacation until August. I have to call myself to confirm the appointment and at neither time it was provided the Dr. Was out of on vacation. You guys deserve 0 star on patiente services. You guys really need services classes. Just because you are in Washington hHeighs does not mean we don't deserve the curtersy od a phone callSincerely Martha Diaz
