Unfortunately, going to this establishment with a phone problem is a complete waste of time.... They have Terrible customer service. They dont know how to communicate and could not follow simple instructions. Instead of fixing the phone they created a whole new problem.

They fixed my iphone that I dropped for a very good price. The screen was not only cracked to smithereens, but also completely black. I was worried it was unfixable but they fixed it. This was a few months ago and I've had no problems. They are also a UPS access point and I stop there all the time to drop off things I'm returning since I live a block away. The guy (I feel sorry for never asking his name) is very, very nice and welcoming. Thank you!!!

Very good service! Never had a problem with them, it surprises me to see the other comments. I would be happier to see my friend Abdou Khadre running this business. Thank you and good continuation
