Premium Barbershop is the best in NYC; I have been going to Irena for the past two years. She is very pleasant, makes the customer feel comfortable, listens to the customer request and does a GREAT job. She is very meticulous and does not rush to compete the haircut; ask for Irena, you will not be disappointed.
