Sadly, undeniable decrease in quality over time. They don't provide support when you have questions they'd rather dodge, perhaps to avoid revealing their level of attention to detail. But I think their heart is in the right place, may just need to reflect.

Recently my skin esthetician recommended me trying Pratima Skincare products and so I purchased some samples. When I received my samples, the containers were close to empty. The samples amounts were not enough to see whether my skin works well with the serums as I have sensitive skin. I contacted the customercare@pratimaskin… and they still have not responded.

Place was lovely. I received the shirodhara scalp and hair oil massage. Lots of oil, which was nice, but it would've been better and made more sense if the employee put the oil on all of my hair not just the scalp. It wasn't that helpful since most of my hair was left without oil. They didn't give me a protective anything or offer a shower or rinsed it out themselves so I left with the top half of my hair dripping in oil and bottom half bone dry in a tangled mess (I have long hair). Odd. Was hoping for a bit of cranial massage but was more just relaxing light touches. Wouldn't do it again; however the place is nice.
