Power Move Yoga

Power Move Yoga began as a virtual studio and transformed into a collaborative community. Since 2020, PMY has been working with accredited schools to bring yoga to students of all ages. Our mission is to provide a safe space for creativity and movement, to support yoga teachers, and to bring authentic joy while giving back. The studio came together during a time when traditional yoga studios were unable to stay open and sustain their staff, and yet yoga, community and movement became more important than ever to the global collective. Power Move Virtual Yoga Studio is a female-owned yoga studio founded in March, 2020 during the height of the COVID-19 Pandemic in the United States.
