If you are looking to learn classic Pilates and get the right form, this is it. This is especially great for people who have pains and have any kind of joint problems but anyone who’s interested to learn the art of Pilates can take the class. The lady Lisa who runs it is 62 and she’s so fit. She usually does a class of 6 because she really wants you to get it right. Amazing amazing class!! Available through classpass as well. I feel very different and great after my first class. Have never felt this way before. I recommend!!!

I'm activating all of me in a holistic and complementary manner. I'm getting new and good muscle aches. Highly... read full review
