There are not enough positive things to say about Perfect Stride. The entire staff is so kind, friendly and knowledgeable. You can't go wrong with any of their physical therapists. I've worked primarily with Maddie and Megan and I must say that the progress that I've made with my injury would be not possible without their expertise. Even the therapists I haven't worked with are so obviously thorough, professional and on their game that you know you'd be in good hands with anyone. The front desk and admin are models of efficiency. I'd highly recommend them especially if you're navigating workers comp. 5 stars isn't enough!!!!
Perfect Stride PT is very professional and accommodating. I've been working with Maddi for the last 8 months on a mid back strain and post-ACL reconstruction rehab. She is extremely knowledgable and dedicated to her craft. Maddi's expertise and personalized approach have been instrumental in my recovery journey. She provides comprehensive explanations of exercises and techniques, empowering me to actively engage in my recovery. Furthermore, Maddi brings a positive energy and vibe to every session; her upbeat demeanor fosters a welcoming environment, encouraging collaboration and progress in therapy.

I've gotten Xrays and even MRIs (after my hip left me completely immobile and in excruciating pain in the summer of 2021). The ongoing, undiagnosable pain issues have been driving me crazy because I'm young, surf, practice martial arts, bike, hike,... read full review
