Don't waste your time: this "showroom" does not exist. Cannot raise anyone on the phone, either. Even when you press the options for "directions," "hours" or "talk to a sales rep," the automated system just hangs up on you. Very frustrating. Maybe try the Paramus location, or Pasadena?

Absolutely horrendous company. I purchased a home from a builder that used them for doors and windows. I received a letter saying that because of a dispute between them and the builder, they are cancelling my warranty and putting a lien on my home.I called the billing office and they refused to give me any information and said it was between me and my builder. Even though they're threatening to put a lien on MY HOME that I fully paid for.I will never do business with this company ever in my life.

Avoid Pella Windows. I have 5 big heavy custom, top-of-the-line, double-pane, “architecture” series, 6 over 6 custom windows, that have only been used occasionally over the last 20 years. Now they need a little love, so I got a quote last year from Pella to service them. I approved the quote last month, only to be told my windows had been discontinued in the interim, that there are no spare parts (like the counter-weights that are breaking off) and Pella’s recommendation is I am welcome to replace all of their very expensive, now-disintegrating and apparently unrepairable windows with new custom Pella windows - all at my cost.
