I made an appointment in the showroom in June 2025 to discuss my needs for windows and doors for an entire house. I met with two representatives, Eric Squires and Jim Mansueto. I was promised an estimate. Nothing came so a month later, I reached out again. I was informed they were behind schedule but were very interested in the project and they would be sending a proposal imminently. Nothing came. I followed up with a call at the end of October. Garbage windows just recently installed them in my new house. They are not good sealed properly and cold is coming through. They claim they have a warranty however its not covered because its never thier issue. Save your money and stay away!!
For a company that prides itself on their customer service, they are exceptionally bad at it. Been trying to have our improperly installed and now rotting Pella windows replaced for 6 months, and while they are adept at accepting payment, I have had to call dozens of times at each step of the transaction to move the process forward or receive any updates. Anderson might have some high pressure sales tactics but they were at least responsive! Do not use Pella unless you love spending hours on hold, leaving voicemails and sending countless emails without any response.
