Everyone was super kind, knowledgeable, and very good with the cat. It seems like they are expert with procedures as well. They were terrific with working us into their schedule and really listened to my concerns, answered my questions. The place is clean and welcoming. Their pricing structure is fair and clear.

Everyone at Pearly Bites has been very friendly, helpful, and understanding. I also like that i was called with regular updates throughout the day, during a lengthly procedure. Everyone made me feel like my dog's comfort was very important to them
